 Before returning any equipment for verification, warranty or repair, please make a request to our services, by calling +86-10 6718 9590 or by sending an email to eletta@eletta.cn. 

 If possible, please provide us with the serial number of the flow meter concerned, for easy support.

 Download and complete the “Return Form” document - link below - providing us with all the necessary details. 

 If the device has been used, it must be cleaned before being returned to us. Complete the "Return Form" document and sign the cleaning declaration. In accordance with Eletta's environmental policy, we will not handle any device without this signed cleaning declaration. If this happens, the device will be returned to you without any intervention on our part and at your expense. 

 Add this “Return Form” to your package and send a copy by email to eletta@eletta.cn. 

 We can only provide you with an upfront estimate of the repair cost. A final quote will only be sent to you after the flow meter has been inspected. Therefore, the total cost of the repair may vary. We will not proceed with the repair if the cost is too high compared to that of a new device. In this case, we will contact you.
